It's very surreal. All of us Vankleek Hillbillies were crowded around the TV watching our little town on the news. So different from the last time we made CJOH's News at Six. We went from promoting ourselves as a tourist attraction to sharing in the pain of three families who've lost everything so close to Thanksgiving.
Holy crap! I saw something on the news about an explosion in a small town in Ontario. It never occurred to me it might be a town I knew... Totally surreal.

maybe I should be getting an online subscription to The Review- VKH is a happening place!
